Fern Harvest

As in years passed I have decided to harvest my own ferns for my hanging baskets on the porch.  It seems to me that it's the best way to repurpose, reuse and sustain.  I mean really...why buy something that will eventually die, when you can harvest it and then later replant it?  All of my previously harvested ferns are thriving back in the woods.  Promise!

Red Maple

I think the Red Maple has to be one of my favorite trees.  I mean really...look at that color.  Lush, rich and deeply burgundy.
